Mrs Mattie Hayes, wife of Dan Hayes, died at their home at Sidney, Ill., and the body arrived here on the afternoon train Thursday for burial which took place at the Masonic Cemetery. Mrs. Hayes will be remembered by many as Miss Mattie Martin, of the family having lived here a number of years ago. -s
